FlightLeaf

Terms of service

These terms explain what FlightLeaf provides and the rules for using it.

Effective August 25, 2026

What you receive

FlightLeaf creates a personalized test itinerary using published flight information. It does not reserve a seat, issue a ticket, create an airline booking, or provide a live passenger name record. TEST-PNR is a label, not an airline PNR.

Permitted use

You may use the document for personal travel planning and reference. You may not alter or present it as proof of a booking, ticket, reservation, or airline-issued record. You may not use FlightLeaf to deceive an airline, government official, border authority, or any other person.

No acceptance guarantee

Airlines, border authorities, and other organizations set their own requirements. FlightLeaf does not provide immigration or legal advice and does not guarantee that anyone will accept the document. Confirm the rules that apply to your trip before traveling.

Your information

You are responsible for entering accurate traveler names, email, route, and date. Review the order before payment. Published schedules can change after the document is generated.

Payment and refunds

The price shown before Checkout is the full one-time price. Payments are processed by Stripe. Our refund policy is part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but flight providers, payment providers, email providers, and networks can fail. To the extent permitted by law, FlightLeaf is not responsible for missed travel, denied boarding, entry decisions, or indirect losses. Our total liability for a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Changes

The version accepted with an order governs that purchase. We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a new effective date.
